quick question?

    Hi today i have had shreddies and milk, SW quiche and salad and a potato and salad for tea.......im feeling really hungry again would i be ok havin SW curry and SW chips? or would this be classed as a syn im new to this thanks in advance sx

    If its all free food, then it would not be classed as a syn.
    The only thing I'd suggest is perhaps having some fruit or a yog. before having another 'meal' - but that's just my opinion!!
