100g Frozen Diced Onions
110g Frozen Sliced Mushrooms
350g Extra Lean Minced Lamb
300g Mixed Frozen Vegtables
110g Dry Instant Mashed Potato
400ml Boiling Water
1 tsp Dried Rosemary
6 tsp Bisto Gravy
Salt and Pepper

Method
1. Fry the lamb mince with the onions, mushrooms and frozen vegtables cook for 10 mins until cooked. During this time add 300ml of the water, salt and pepper and half of the rosemary to the instant mash and stir until thickened and cooked.
2. Add the bisto and 100ml of water and the other half of the rosemary to the mince mix and cook for 5 mins until the sauce thickens.
3. Layer the mince and then the rosemary mashed potato on top. Then with a fork score the mash and then bake for 30 mins until golden on top.
4. Serve with baby carrots.
