Oh dear, really feeling crappy today :cry:developed viral conjunctivitis in my eye now!!!

My weight seems to have gone up a little, even though i've not gone over points, but I think what have eaten has to be taken into consideration!

12 for tea..... I think perhaps a jacket and salad tonight! At home with mum so out of my control! I'm going to be feeling heavy on my hols! Oh well as long as I'm in shape for my summer trip I'll be happy!!!

Back from my holiday, what a lovely break it was! Although it was buffet food and I did indulge! I think I gained 2lbs..... so that's not too bad. Back to it now! I always find it easier to lose weight when I'm at work as I'm less likely to pick at things!

Off to the gym in a bit, not been for ages, it's going to be a killer!
