Does anyone know how much 4oz of cooked pasta is in uncooked pasta?
I get that they put the cooked pasta weight on the form, in case you're cooking for more people so you can just weigh it off when cooked.
But when you're cooking for yourself, I would find it a waste to have to throw away the leftover pasta.
So I'd like to weigh it uncooked

    Obviously - they are not!

    Can anyone else help?

It roughly doubles in weight when cooked so 4oz cooked pasta/rice = 2oz dry.

Although, when cooked it might be more so be sure to weigh it once its cooked to be sure :)
