Been MIA for ages, totally lost the plot food wise and my health was giving me problems. After much soul searching and research, plus long chats with loved ones I decided to have Bariatric surgery. I spoke to my GP but even with mobility issues and pain due to joint problems we couldn't secure funding, all the NHS could do was give me a shiny wheelchair! After raiding savings I had my op in November 2013, I lost almost 6 stone but it is creeping up again due to not following the low carb, so I AM BACK to MINIMINS! Planning to start New Atkins on Monday. Writing up a weeks menu etc just wanted to re introduce myself, see if any oldies are about and say hi to the newbies.... we're all fighting the flab together, so look forward to getting to know new people and hopefully catch up with a few too. Good Luck everyone :) Oh I better update my trackers etc too
