    Hi Good luck and well done for getting on the plan. Taking and making the first step is the biggest self help you can do for yourself. I loved this article wrote some time ago by Icemoose but it says it all really it helped me greatly.:)

    Also the S.M.A.R.T. concept :::::Spefic.Measurable.Acheivable. Realistic.and Time limited helped me reach goal as this plan does it all if you look at the others who have gone before us.
    Great site with lots of support,care and motivation the rest is up to us.
