Ooh what a simple but tasty dish! And relatively quick to make I assume? Need something quick tonight so may indulge.

My first dish with spinach and eggs was last nights kedgeree


Which I also made because of the 12 week challenge. Its on a bed of spinach and served with eggs on. A jamie oliver recipe so will post later! Xx

Tonight's recipe was asparagus and broad bean fritata (from Pebbles recipe) inspired by the ingredients from the last bag.
Fritata is one of those things I always like the look of but never cook as haven't usually got the patience to wait for it to cook through but after this will definitely be doing tem more!

I was hoping to do mine tomorrow, but Bob has just told me we are going out straight from work & to chuck something in the slow cooker so it's going to be Wednesday now.

Beats me, but it's geocaching & not up those feckin moors, we only did 2.5 miles yesterday I felt worse then when we'd done 12 miles in Bratislava, the moors are a beggar to walk on!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not officially a recipe for this challenge as its not made from the last bag/s but a lot of the ingredients I had in because of the ingredients suggested over the weeks and it was delicious so thought would share

Yes please, I was just thinking most of us have now done the challenge, I'm doing mine today.

So some things I'd like inspiration for using up out of the cupboard etc are......

Mushy peas
Lasagne sheets
Butter beans
Frozen tuna steaks
Minced beef(or quorn or lamb/turkey etc)
Ryvita wholegrain crackerbread
red lentils
frozen berries

Any combination and with other needed ingredients added would be fine but hoping for something 'different' if possible

I'm using the crackerbreads for brekkie today topped with philli light and bbq chicken from tesco. Yes for breakfast and the other 3 will be topped with philli and banana xx

Oooh that looks really good! Kind of imagining it as a cheesecake style taste! Might have to get some of these cracker breads!
