Really confused

Been shopping today and bought a few bits which i thought were free, but been on the syns calculator and there telling me the complete opposite so can someone check for me in case i'm doing it wrong

hi wendyswoo just looked in my s/w book crabsticks r free on red and ee but 1 syn on green not sure about the tikka chunky chicken good luck

doesn't say if it's the value one but assume would be the same

Thanks girls, i think that must be the same sort of thing although the pack is a bit bigger. I only wanna chuck some in a salad for work

You need to add the free food allowance for the chicken at the start - this makes a big difference to the syns
