Reasons to lose weight

Here are the reasons I am losing weight. when i'm having a weak moment these are what I think of.

1)won't get out of breath when I'm walking.
2)No more aching knee's, ankle's, back ect..
3)Have a baby
4)Be able to go into a wider range of clothes shops.
5) be able to look in mirror and feel better about myself
6) Be able to wear less clothes in the summer and feel cooler.
7) Feel more confident walking with my OH and not feel like he could do better.
8) Be able to play with my nephew for longer.
9) Not feel tired all the time.
10)get my social life back.

2) To be the best mum possible.
3) To develop a healthy mature relationship with food.

1) I will be able to go clothes shopping in normal shops
2) I will be able to kick a football in the park with the girls without feeling breathless
3) I can go buy bras in bravissimo
4) Feel good when I look in the mirror
5) Buy a dress I look good in for my sister's wedding
6) Go swimming without feeling embarrassed when wearing a swimming costume
7) Deal with my emotions without turning to food
8) Feel more attractive sexually (dh said I don't have to worry about this one as I'm always sexy, lol)
9) Wear suspenders and sexy underwear again (I don't want to at the moment)
10) I will feel better about myself
11) Smaller uniform for work and look good in it
12) I will be able to eat in front of others
13) Make positive food choices without feeling deprived
14) Be in control of what I put in my mouth
15) I will be less self critical
16) People will notice and compliment me
17) I will have achieved something amazing
18) I can get Gok’d
19) I will be fitter

-to stop having knee pain
-to buy cheaper and nicer clothes
-to wear whatever I want to in the summer
-to feel less conscious when am around people, esp strangers and the outlaws
-to wear sexy lingerie and be naughty lol
-to do more with my life
-to walk and enjoy it without sweating
-to not be embarrassed at the check out point when the assistant holds up my size 24s with a disgusted look
-to not embarrass my kids, nieces or nephews when they are with me
-to be the slim friend/sister/daughter. I don't want my weight to define who I am anymore.
-to look in the mirror and smile
-to be the smallest size av ever been my whole adult life
-Coz am worth it!!!

-to be able to squeeze between chairs in cafe/pub/restaurant
-to buy chocolate without feeling judged
-to try for a baby knowing i am a healthy weight
-and everything everyone else has said too!!

Stop skinny mother nagging
Look brilliant in swimwear (want BuxomBarrister’s bikini avatar)</SPAN>
Fit into designer clothing (will go shopping)
Look better in pictures
Live a healthier life
Get compliments
Meet skinny friends from school
Look great in a tight dress
Stop jiggling!
No more pity when at the gym
Like my own reflection
Buy lingerie
Be happy to be photographed
Don't think mean/jealous things when I see thin people
No one will ask when my baby is due, when I’m not pregnant
Say weight out loud with pride
Don't wonder if people are saying "Why is HE with HER?"
Not feel guilty when eating out
Never have to look at someone with envy
Increase feelings of self worth
Wanna get my mojo/va va voom back

I have to agree with all these posts just think we'll be able to look back when were done and never feel like this again woooo!

- to play with my lil boys without getting knackered in about 5 minutes
- feel sexy when with OH and not be paranoid he's thinking 'eurgh look at that!!'
- get all my pre pregnancy clothes out of boxes and throw away these tents I've been wearing for the last year or so lol
- to not feel like a hypocrit when discussing the importance of being a healthy weight with pregnant ladies as a Student midwife
- to be able to wear anything I own without rifling through clothes and trying them on one by one before deciding I look fat in them all and not wanting to go out after all

So little boys don't stand behind me in the queue at boots and say, "mummy, that lady's got a big bottom" :p

1. To feel more confident in myself
2. To hopefully relieve my depression
3. To not be all sweaty in the summer months
4. To feel less self concious around friends
5. To try and help my relationship with my mother, who is constantly on at me about my weight
6. To be able to walk into work instead of wasting money getting taxis
