Yum yum, my feet are in shreds but had a lovely day with my best mate.

Got all my bday presents early got some lovely jewellery

Shopping wise I was good mostly window shopping, know my fiance will get some for my bday plus I want to shed a bit more first

Got some accesories and peach jeggings(8 yay). Spied a lovely dress in river island and a huge red leather bag in topshop - those going on the bday list!!

Had porridge & shake, weird am not hungry, normally be ready to eat my own hand by now LOL glad am at mums, no food here even if I did want to snack LOL

Hope ur enjoying London. Yikes, long hairdressers appointment. Hope it's cool in there! My walk this morning was a major struggle cos its so warm. I'm in NW London. I had a 2lb weight gain doing CC and am genuinely shocked as I've done great this week. Am seriously thinking of going back to slim and save. I was so happy on the diet and lost loads of weight but its just my hair issue. Will have a good think about it. Enjoy ur day, Sia xx

Ugh I know, might just have a wash and cut. Have no idea if my hair is bad as its been in extensions since Feb! It does shed badly normally plus with pregnancy hormones its probably worse for wear!

Off to meet a,mate then my big sis for a coke zero LOL

Four hours at Hairdresser, splitting headache but looks gorgeous LOL see if I can do a picture later(got no slap on!!)

Been really good this weekend so can't wait till I hit the scales LOL
