Hi Everyone

New to SW and have just purchased a SW recipe book (Best Ever Recipes). I am on EE but the syn values are either Original or Gree. Do I have to work out my own syn values for EE or do I go by one or the other? Hope this makes sense.

EE will always be the lower of the two syn values.

Remember to add some superfree to the meals if they aren't already included
