Recovered after eating Chicken

Morning everyone

Well here I am on day 5 now, I have recovered after my mouthful of chicken and thats all it was, a mouthful. Just felt I needed to eat but boy did I beat myself up about it all night and feel guilty for doing it.

Ive had my shake this morning and Im back in work, still feeling a little hungry but nothing to bad. I am feeling very tired today but im sure il be ok after some black coffee.

I must say i feel slightly bloated today, have no idea why maybe coz im drinking so much water.

Well hope your all doing ok on LT and keep up the good work !!!

No point in beating yourself up whats done is done. The thing is you've got back on track instead of carrying on eating. Funny I have times were for a couple of days I feel bloated surprised really didnt think we had anything to bloat us.

glad to hear you are still with us and got over your chicken slip. Ketosis will kick in very soon and you won't think of chicken again. Hope today goes well. we all have days when we get more bloated, I have it for the last few days, due to ovulation time of month, it's when I swell up, still happens on this diet. Keep drinking the water though, it helps.

One mouthful doesn't mean failure, you addressed it and moved on ... we are all human and once you go into total ketosis you won't be hungry.

Use it as a lesson learned, the guilts not worth it and you chose LT for a reason, maybe set mini-goals i.e. get through week1 with no (more) eating, get to 1 stone loss, get to a new dress size etc

Don't worry about it, you are still on board the lipotrain that is the main thing, and will help you to be successful at the end of the day. So good luck hope you are in ketosis very soon.

Well done for getting right back on the LT case :) you can do this! we all have wobbles and moments of uncertainty, but just keep going and you can get to goal.

Well done Blondie on getting back on...sometimes a little blip like that makes us all the stronger...it did in my case as it makes you kinda realise how vulnerable we are and how easy it is to go the opposite way! But, you are doing well and once you get to that WI, you will be glad you carry on.
