Red Day and Green Day Food Diary

Hi Ladies
I am going to post my SW diaries for red and green days here to keep me on track: let me know if i am doing anything wrong or even share your diaries with me too-

Thurs 22.02.12 - Red Day
Breakfast: Bacon, boiled eggs, apple, tea with low fat milk (HXA)
Snack: 2 harvest morn cereal bars (HXB), banana, muller light yogurt
Lunch: Ham slices with 5 laughing cow light cheese (HXA), salad with no dressing, 3 tbsp of extra light mayo (1.5 syns), 2 slices of WW wholemeal bread (HXB), 500 ml water, tea with low fat milk
Snack: Apple and muller light
Dinner: Pork chops no fat, gravy (0.5 syns), carrots, mushrooms and onions, frylite
Snack: to be confirmed :)
