Red day check please

I haven't done any red days, just started yesterday but i dont eat red meat.
Today I've had 3 quorn sausage & 1 egg for brekkie
Lunch was a chicken breast with tandoori spices on.
Tea was 2 quorn burgers with an egg salad.
I've also eaten crab sticks all day.. Is this ok?? Im so used to SW chips and pasta!

I do red all the time and it sounds perfect to me. There doesn't even seem to be any syns. I've been off plan for a wee while though, so I am trying to get to grips with what is a syn and what isn't again. If I am wrong though, I am sure someone will say :D xx

Good lord girl, eat! You've still got HEs to eat. Get some cheese and bacon on toast with brown sauce and mushrooms down yer, there's a good lass! And you can have your SW chips, just grab a 227g potato as a HEb and chop it up, leave the skin on and whack in the oven.
