    Breakfast Eggs & Toast (Hexb)

    Lunch: swede topped cottage pie

    Dinner: mustard chicken and swede mash

    Muller light yogurt
    Orange
    Apple x2
    banana

    French fries 6syns

    Milk in my tea all day: (hexa) & sugar (5syns)

    By my reckoning I have 4syns to enjoy and another Hexa and b?

    Am I right?

    I feel like I have eaten too much, like I feel over full!

    I feel like that on green days also tho!

    I think I take the unlimited thing a bit too far!!

    Don't forget you're supposed to stop eating when you're confortably full!!

    Took me a while to get used to it and finally give up my memberaship to the clean plate club!!

    Your meals sound lush though!

    All the meals I got the recipes from slimming world website!

    I guess I will have to start making smaller portions. I usually do green days, but have some meat to use up so figured I'd do a couple red days!
