red day meals

hi guys, im trying to plan a red week but am finding myself witha meat and salad or veg combo every single time, i dont wanna use my HE for pasta and pots etc because last time i tried red and green days i got confused with my EE and it all went horribley wrong resulting in a 2.5lb gain.


any suggestions? x

Some of my red day faves:

* all day breakfast quiche
* indian fish
* paprika pork with peppers
* shepherd's pie with swede/BNS mash
* chicken liver pate
* vegetable beef soup

Usually I rely heavily on BNS when I do red days as I like to roast it with cajun seasoning kinda like chips. Yummm. Great substitute for potatoes. I also like mashing broc/cauli with LCL as well. Or make a red day curry and serve with cauli 'rice'?

I do mainly red days.

I tend to make :
Slimmers Cheesey Mince
Sea food stirfrys
Steak & Salad
Chilli
Chicken Casseroles

I do have "meat & veg" or "meat & salad" but this works fine for me.

I have been doing slimming world now since July last year and lost 3 stone. I have just found this site and it's brilliant. I liked the sound of your Slimmers Cheesey Mince, do you have a recipe for this?
