Red day reciepes

    Hey everyone

    wondered if anyone has any ideas for some red day meals.....bored of same old- chicken salad for lunch or veg an chicken stir fry for dinner. i have that or make tomato soup or shephards pie with carrott an swede topping

    but other then that im out of ideas? lol..i brought the recipe book from group but wasnt very good tbh

    any ideas welcomed?...i tend to have my Hebs as my weetabix for breky then 5 scan bran as my morning snack with phili (hea) an ham

    but maybe il mix it up an have a heb with lunch or dinner? thanks xxxxxx

    I'm having a dry fry today (always follow red on weigh in day!)

    Other things I like as red, ham and cheese toastie using cheese and bread as hexa and Hexb

    Left overs! Chilli on jacket pot (jacket as Hexb) bacon and egg scramble.

    I work from home so is a bit easier for me to cook though x

    What's a dry fry ?... Your meals sound lush!! Wish I could make them at work lol

    Iv made home made soup lastnight for lunch today but i duno how it's gona taste lol

Dry fry is like a fry up I cut all fat of bacon, use low syn sausages, dry fry mushrooms using fry light and a bit if soy sauce! 2 slices of wholemeal bread as Hexb or beans as a Hexb, dry fry eggs/poach/scramble it really is lovely. I did extra bacon today so going to make bacon and egg pittas tomorrow for lunch with large salad on side (good for taking to work!)

    I also love sw quiche (loads of different recipes out there!) I got mine from *********. I line a baking tray with ham, dry fry onions and mushrooms, mix tub cottage cheese with 3-4 eggs then put cherry toms on top! This last me 3-4 meals as makes loads! With salad or stir fry veg You can add cheese as hexa too. (It is syn free but not a free food so eat in moderation!!)
