Red, Green or Extra Easy?

Im just about finished week 2 on Sw and have been on Extra Easy as advised by my consultant.
Ive noticed that most peoples food diaries on here seem to follow either red or green.:confused:
I have a lot to lose so was wondering if some of you long timers would let me know your opinions on which has worked the best for you?:rolleyes:

I'm on EE and I have lost 9lbs in 2 weeks - I find it really easy to follow. I think its the best way to start off and I have about 6 stone to lose :)

My worry about Green days is all the carbs as they tend to bloat me out :(

im on EE....in the 3 weigh ins ive had so far i've lost 9.5lbs....weigh in 4 is tonight.

im still struggling to get my head around ee and the fact i can eat everything,lol but it does seem to be working!!
