Im just about finished week 2 on Sw and have been on Extra Easy as advised by my consultant.
Ive noticed that most peoples food diaries on here seem to follow either red or green.
I have a lot to lose so was wondering if some of you long timers would let me know your opinions on which has worked the best for you?
