I put my scales away and their not coming out until next friday! This is my new goal lol, i need to be strong everynight i can hear them.

Just back from the gym totally NACKERED NOW! Im not doing anything else today lol having a jacket potato for my tea and Xfactor tonight.

Oh yea and im off out on my sisters birthday next saturday cos she said it wont be the same without me lol. Vodka and diet coke all night though gonna stay away from the budweiser lol
