Refeed foos list

    Hi everyone,

    I am on day 4 of re-feed and loving every second of it! Just had a gorgeous salad for lunch and totally stuffed! Although I am allowed bread and fruit from today I am going to try and leave til later in the week as eating salad and veg is still really a novelty.
    I would really like to know whether I can have low fat homous and carrot sticks as a snack on refeed or if not I can make my own (obviously no added oil or the tahini) but things like chick peas and beans and pulses do not appear to be on the list?

    Can anyone help?
