Sunday - TRIED A GREEN DAY TODAY!

Breakfast sundae of stewed apples, cereal, banana and yogurt all layered up

Lunch - Large sweet pot jacket with beans, 15g cheese and 1 EXLC with corn on cob and salad. Chilli sauce - 2 syns

Snacks - maltesers - 5 syns

Dinner - 2 quorn peppered steaks with loads of parsnip and squash, veg and corn on cob chilli sauce - 2 syns

Snacks - Large hot chocolate in the bath :flirt2: - 3 syns

no idea for today yet...unlike me....usually dream about my menu :D:)

Breakfast - Breakfast sundae (same as yesterday as it was so delicious)

Snacks - FF yog & pears
Small bowl of muesli with s/s milk

Lunch - sweet chilli low fat supernoodles and chicken pieces with mixed veg...ahhh it's come to me! - sauce - 2 syns

Snacks - hot chocolate - 2 syns, more fruit I should think

Dinner - rump steak with tomatoes, veg and roasted butternut squash. Sauce - 2 syns

Pudding - apple and pear with cottage cheese.

lunch - jacket sweet potato, chicken pieces with salad and smoked ham - 2 syns sauce

pudding - yogurt and stewed apples - HEB

Dinner - spinach salad with rump steak and tinned ratatouille with pasta - 1 syn
Chilli sauce - 2 syns

Pudding - activia FF with pear and melon.

Feel like i've had an overdose on protein today :D

Well my night out turned into a syn-disaster! I didnt have a single vodka instead i glugged wine, malibu, cocktails, shot after shot and then ate like a pig when I got home at 3am :break_diet::cry:

Ok - over it now!
Trying to be fairly strict this week

Breakfast - FF with chopped banana, and stewed apples with mincemeat - 2 syns. WW danish bread with ham and tomato

Snacks - pineapple and pears

Lunch - Cous cous with chicken, tuna mixed with some pasta sauce and wrapped in lettuce - 2 syns loads of curly kale. Chilli sauce - 1 syn

Snacks - melon and pineapple. Starbucks skinny latte with SF syrup - HEA

Dinner - 4 egg white ham & tomato omlette with about 100 brussel sprouts :eek: (that time of year already...parp)
1 slice of WW danish toast. Chilli sauce - 2 syns

Pudding - 2 pears with FF and strawberry yog, melon and cottage cheese

Dinner - rump steak stirfry with loads of veg and soba noodles (sauce made of fish sauce, soy and teriyaki - 2 syns)

Small bowl of homemade SYN FREE carrot and coriander soup I just knocked up! :p

dinner - ham salad & massive jacket with cottage cheese & beans with 2 corn on the cobs!!!!! :D

pud - not sure yet.....shouldnt be hungry- but it's a habit I cant break! :cry:
