Really feel like a cooked breakfast today but sadly dont have any bacon/sausages... :cry:

Lunch - rest of the horrible lamb tagine made yesterday with rice :jelous:

Dinner - SW roasted red pepper hummus and crudites with salsa - 1 syn, salad jacket and cottage cheese. 2 syns - chilli sauce

Pineapple and satsumas dipped in muller yogurt.

This was really nice - think I will take advantage of Tesco's offer and stock up on these!

lunch - HUGE rice salad with chopped veg, pineapple and tuna (got 3 bowls out of it!)

bunch of grapes, 2 plums and coffee

dinner - jacket potato with cottage cheese and large mixed prawn salad

ended up going on a fridge binge last night and eating loads of brussel sprouts with salsa - 2 syns:mad:, 1/2 a pineapple :eek:, blueberries and yogurt.

lunch - sweet and sour pork with rice - 2 syns for sauce jar (Tesco light choices 7 syns for whole jar!! well worth it as I only used 2/3 the jar for 3 servings!)

Snack - HiFi bar - 1st time and delicious :) - HEB

Lunch - large sweet potato with tin of mexican meanz beanz and a side salad - LF ceasar dressing - 1 syn

Snack - 2 satsumas. 1/2 dr karg cracker - 2 syns

Dinner - rest of roasted veg and couscous - 1 syn with cod fillet and prawns. chilli sauce and salsa - 2 syns

Pudding - 3 pieces of fruit and decaff coffee

snack - 1/2 grapefruit and apple

Lunch - GIGANTIC sweet potato with tuna and chickpea mayo - 1 syn and side salad with salsa - 1 syn

snack- melon and coffee

dinner - sweet and sour prawns with yam noodles and stirfry veg - 2 syns for sauce

pudding - muller yogurt with plum and
melon.

Syns total - a respectable 4 :p

breakfast - 2 sesame ryvita and EXLC, ham and cucumber. blueberries and apple in muller 2 x coffees - really enjoyed this may have it more often!

snack - small bowl of salad with cottage cheese and orange.

lunch - jacket with mexican heinz beanz and cottage cheese salad 2 syn - chilli sauce and 7 olives

Nibbles - teaspoon of the cranberry and apple jam - 2 syns. Made at the weekend and ended up giving all away as it has too many syns :( 1/4 dr karg sundried tomato cracker - 1 syn Coffee and apple

Dinner - Pasta bolognese made in slow cooker extra lean pork mince - 2 syns for tomato paste & sundried tomatos used in sauce.

pudding - muller yogurt and banana

dinner - huge plateful of chicken and white bean stew done in the slow cooker with rice - this should be syn free but somehow feel i should syn it as the stock becomes quite fatty from the meat - 2 syns
