Remember

The aim of this diary is to remind me of my progress thoughout my weight loss and the reasons why I want to loose weight, if I have a tough day Im coming back to read to spur me on!


Day 4 on slim and save... starting weight 21st 3.5lb.


Reasons for wanting to lose weight...-
(will add to as I remember other things)
~ To concieve
~ When I concieve my body is in the best possible place to produce a healthy baby
~ To reduce PCOS symptoms
~ To buy the clothes I choose not let the clothes choose me
~ To be able to wear a pair of jeans
~ To buy and model some sexy underwear (only to my OH)-LOL
~ To be able to buy tops without worrying about sleeve length
~ To be able to look at myself full length in the mirror
~ To feel sexy/beautiful and comftorable with myself
~ So I dont feel insecure when out with OH, to the point I avoid going out with him

I think this is a fab idea!!! For when ur struggling to come back and read it to give you a boost!!!

I may steal ur idea and write some points down too!!! Hope u don't mind :)

First weigh in (not full week, but wanted to do weigh in's on a Monday am)!

LOST 9 1/4 lbs- YAY!!!:D I know its not all fat, however I am delighted!

Im trying to be positive, as the negative me is going, oh yeah that is great but you have sooooooooooooo much more to loose! Positive me is saying you do, but you now have 9lbs less to loose that you did a week ago!

A bit worried as made my shake hot this am, and didnt mix it well enough and it had a bit in it, when I took my first sip, I have this really weird thing with liquidy things, drinks, yogs etc that they cant have bits. Anyways it made me gag and I had to throw it. Am making myself go to have another now (have been putting it off)...

Another thing to add to the list (and Im only putting this as no-one knows who I am)...
~ Improve s£x life, some posistions are awkward!
