Restart a week today

After a 10 week stint on Exante before xmas i decided to move to WW. Thing is i dont seem to have learnt much as im making all the wrong choices. (im on 39 points a day) This allows me to eat the naughties. (before someone says it i know im not forced to eat the naughties but knowing they are available doesnt help) So to take things in hand again im returning to Exante next monday. Havnt got a major goal in mind yet so plan to take it a stone at a time and then complete refeed properly this time.

Welcome back loser85. I know what you mean. Seems like one naughty leads to another naughty & so on. At least with Exante the choices are removed . Good luck on your restart x
