Restart question for a CDC

I have been off plan for nearly 2 months and am planning to restart.
I still have packs left from before and my CDC is on holiday at the min.
My question is, will i lose about the same amount in my first week as I previously did and also is it advisable to have the bars, mousse & water flavourings in the first week of restart?

im no cdc hun, but i would guess you will have a similar first week loss to the first time you did it, and the same 3 day "euch"ness and stay away from the bits that you had to avoid last time so leave the bar etc until after the 2 weeks
hope a cdc comes along though to answer properly

After two months off plan, it's best to start again like the first time ie no bars etc for first two weeks.

As for weight loss, I can't say. My very first week I lost 8lbs. My first week after a break, lost 3.5lbs.

This is probably due to the fact that I was eating much better before my restart, so hadn't so much water weight to lose.

Either way, keep to it 100% and your body will lose 100% of what it wants to lose. Nought much you can do about that.
