bought some lovely new tops today from next, both in a size 16! :)

everyone is commenting on how different i look, cant wait until i get rid of my belly a bit more!

what have i done to it? just had my roots done as im almost black haired naturally! I've booked to go light brown with blonde highlights though and if i dont like it then i will be back to blonde! lol

Well today i went to the gym again

35 minutes xtrainer
10 minutes rower
15 minutes bike

no weights today but i think im gonna go 2moro and sunday too! want to see a good loss this week if i can :)
 
i dont think i do that much really, ive upped from 45 minutes cardio to 60, 3 times a week, im going to try that for a month then may go 4 times a week to try and lose extra lol. really want to get in to the 13's by the end of the month

food from yesturday

B - Shreddies
L - Chicken snack pot and mini ryvitas
D - salad, a few oven chips and a slice of gammon
S - flump, rasberries, apple, banana

Today -

B - one slice of toast
L - one roll with tuna and crisps

well guys, i have finally decided on a goal weight for my birthday, which is in exactly 14 weeks!!!

I want to be 11 stone 14lbs by my birthday which means at roughly 2lbs a week i can do it! (obviously hopefully a more than that some weeks)

Little aim is 13 and a half stone by my last weigh in in july (6 weeks)
 
Bah dw about it, everyone needs the odd treat every now n then or we'd go bonkers.

Havent been up to much really babe, been to the gym again this morning and am going to my cousins tonight for a BBQ

Gym

35 minutes treadmill - 400 calories
18 minutes bike
8 minutes cross trainer

Weights - arm, abs, theighs
 
B - shreddies
L - splendips (150) and apple and plum
D - Pork with potatos and veg
S - strawberries

Quite a good day today which is good as i was at a BBQ yesturday so had 2 glasses of pimms and half a burger half a sausage and a steak! lol
 
Ooooo bbq food is soooo worth the calories! LOL.
