I'm not new on this forum - i did try to start slimfast a few weeks ago, but my head wasn't in the right place.

I've lost 57lbs on Cambridge. I've but about a stone back on since Christmas. I'm really cheesed off. My clothes are feeling uncomfortable and my tummy is upset - probably because of all the carbs and the rubbish i've been eating. It's stopping now.

My new target is 147 (10.7) - i'm teetering just below 160 (12stone).

I'm starting tomorrow - with a new attitude.

Thank you all for the welcome.

I'll go and find the July weigh in thread in a mo. I love having little goals and targets.

I weighed this morning and so my starting weight is 11.12.

Today i'm going to have a

B: Chocolate shake
L: Bar
D: Chicken salad

I didn't bring any snacks with me today. I'm sure i'll survive.
I'm on my second black coffee, and I'm going to crack open my 2litre bottle of fizzy water - i should get through that in the office - that's my little water goal every day!

I hope everyone is feeling good - let's have some positive vibes!! lol

hi, the july thread should restart on thursday. its on one of the sticky's.
good idea with the water.
try not to go much lower than your calorie limit as your body will go in to starvation mode and will be harder to lose weight in the long term.
