RM07's - what *is* she scoffing?!

    Well I guess I better put one of these up as I know a food diary keeps me on track (most of the time) but I've given up doing the one on the SW website and a paper copy is too faffy!

    So here it is... the 'What is she scoffing?' diary.

    My promise to both myself and you is that I will note everything in here... the good, the bad and the down-right plain ugly!

    Week 14 of the SW plan:

    Thursday 30th April - day after WI


    Free drink(s) throughout day: Water
    • Breakfast: punnet of white grapes (minus the soft wrinkly ones) Free
    • Morning snack: Mint chocolate Options with 6 x Mikado's (needed a chocolate fix for some reason!) 5 syns
    • Lunch: The biggest potato you ever saw with a mound of baked beans, muller light and diest coke. Free
    • Afternoon snack: 10 x Mikado 5 syns *oops*
    • Tea: Chinese... from the take-a-way :eek: syn-full approx 40
    • Total syns: 50
    Friday 1st May
    • Breakfast: 30g of porriage (HeXB) with 200ml of semi skimmed (HeXA)
    • Mid morning snack: Mikado 8.5 syns, 3 x cadburys roses 7 syns, orange options 2 syns *SOMEONE STOP ME!*
    • Lunch: 3 x weight watchers danish loaf (HeXB) with chicken, lettuce and cucumber (free), carrots (free), muller light (free) and a diet coke (free)
    Ok so I haven't updated this since Friday lunch time. To be honest I can't remember what I ate that night but it has all been down hill since then!

    I've had biscuits, pitta breads, white bread rolls, mayonaise, BBQ food, dips, crisps and sausage rolls.

    It's not a quaetion of if I've gained this week more how much I've gained... and WI is on my birthday so I'm going to so upset!

    I'm back on it... never mind it is the day before WI, I've drawn that line and there is nothing holding me back today!

    Tuesday 5th May

    Breakfast: 2 x Apple (free)
    Lunch: Potato with baked beans, carrots and a muller light.
    Tea: chicken nuggets with garlic bread (FFS! Other half cooked this wonderfully random and very unSW meal!)

    Wednesday 6th May - WI day and my birthday!
    Breakfast: Missed breakfast by accident
    Lunch: Friends took me to Tossed. I had mixed leaves, chicken, feta, sweetcorn and red onion. Frozen yoghurt and diet coke.
    Birthday Tea: Half of a chicken and wedge combo + whole of a large cheese and tomato pizza from Dominos :eek::eek::eek:
    (I put 1lb on this week)

    ^ Is the line I'm drawing under last week... it has happened, I gained, I'm ok with this and I will move on! Another week to get it right!

    Thursday 7th May
    Breakfast: apple and muller light (free)
    Lunch: 3 slices of WW danish (HeXB) with chicken (free), cucumber and lettuce (free) then carrot sticks (free) and a diet coke (free)
    Tea: pasta (free) with
