Also, just out of interest, what is wholemeal pasta like? Never tried it you see. Is it worthy of a HEXB and do you get a decent amount? x
 
Probably not worth a heb ,you'd be better off doing EE, my losses seem to be slowing on ee though so I'm going back to more red/green.
I had 200g cooked weight for 2 hebs xx
 
Interestingly enough, I have slow losses on EE too, hence mixing it all up a bit. Thanks for the info, might give it a shot :) x
