Have done a diary for march - good month, and then again for April, terrible month eating-wise. Wasn't very prepared and no big shops done so i was winging it. Still managed a good enough loss somehow!! This month back on track though. (fingers crossed!!) I was going to stop doing a food diary but I feel like somethings missing!!
My weigh in day is Tuesday and my week starts on a Tuesday, so I'll start updating tomorrow (although I was very good today!!! Lol).
