Morning all,

So I'm becoming re-focused and I'm starting out with Slimming World so any advice or hints and tips would be greatly appreciated.

B- Porridge (made with skimmed milk and water) with blackberries and granulated sweetner

L- Roast chicken with potatoes, kale, carrots and gravy

D - Currently TBC!

I have bought myself some muller lites and fruit for my desk at work as well!
