Hi all well i really really really need to start writing a food diary. as only trying to kid myself.

EE day for me as I have issues with my crohns i tend to do my sf throughout the day if i can

b - weetabix and milk hex a and b and 4 home grown plums

l - pork chop grilled, jacket spud - salad, bit of salad cream (light) 3 syns and a bit of spread 2 syns.

d - chicken, jacket spud and a bit of tomato.

dessert jelly 1/2 syn
other syns cheese 6 syns

thanks honey. amend diary to add corn on the cob as a snack - also tummy bit funny so changing dinner to jacket spud and low fat supernoodles
