Sat 13th Aug

B- Three apricots and a kiwi.

S- Olives and feta.

L- Spinach, watercress and rocket soup.

S- Small mixed nuts and seeds.

D- Peanut pork with apple sauce, carrot, peas, cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower.
 
Sun 14th Aug

B- Half a grapefruit and a bowl of strawberries.

S- Cucumber and pepper sticks with guacamole.

L- Chicken and vegtable soup.

S- Two spoons of peanut butter.

D- Turkey burgers with beetroot relish and lettuce.
 
I've only lost 3/4 of a pound this week. :( So my two week kick start diet helped me loose 3 1/4 lbs. Not my target but better than if I were eating what I usually would have.
 
I'm going to continue with the diet but not stick to it so ridgidly, I'm going to start having some carbs like porridge and pasta today.

Mon 15th Aug

B- Half a grapefruit, two kiwis and a handful of strawberries.

S- Porridge with honey and nuts.

L- Lamb and bean soup.

S- A boiled egg.

D- Feta and olive stuffed chicken breast in a tomato sauce with yellow pepper and pasta.
 
Tue 16th Aug

B- Half a grapefruit, two kiwis and a handful of strawberries.

S- Two oatcakes with salmon and cucumber.

L- Pepper and sweet potato soup.

S- Grain bar.

D- Spinach and ricotta fritatta with salad and a few new potatoes.
 
Weighed myself this morning and I'm 1.5lbs lighter since Sunday! Woo.
I've gone back to my regular healthy eating now.

Wed 17th Aug

B- Half a grapefruit and porridge.

L- Chicken and lettuce soup.

S- Cereal bar.

D- Salmon topped with cream cheese and a lemon and parsley crumb, with new potatoes, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and green beans.
 
Thu 18th Aug

B- Half a grapefruit and porridge with honey and mixed seeds.

S- A few mixed nuts.

L- Butternut squash soup.

S- Two oatcakes topped with soft cheese and cucumber.

D- Peanut coated pork with new potatoes and mixed veg.
 
Fri 19th Aug

B- Half a grapefruit and some pineapple.

L- Salad with bean salad and cottage cheese.

S- Apple and sultana bar.

D- Beef and olive stew with tagliatelle and cabbage.
 
Sat 20th Aug

B- Half a grapefruit and porridge with maple syrup and mixed seeds.

S- Two oatcakes with hummus.

L- Broccoli soup.

S- Mixed nuts.

D- Chicken and mushroom penne.
 
Sun 21st Aug

B- Half a grapefruit and porridge with honey and mixed seeds.

S- Mixed nuts.

L- A sausage roll.

D- Spinach and mushroom lasagne.

Had a busy day, had to grab a sausage roll for lunch at around 3pm.
 
Mon 22nd Aug

B- Half a grapefruit and porridge.

L- Two rolls with ham, mayo, mustard and lettuce.

D- Lasagne with salad.
 
Tue 23rd Aug

B- Half a grapefruit and two oatibix.

L- Chicken breast with roasted veg and eton mess dessert.

S- A handful of mixed nuts.

D- Veg curry with brown rice and mango chutney.
 
Wow, It's been a long time! A long time since I've been on here and a long time since I ate healthily. :eek:

So now I'm back on it and commited to doing well and looking good in a frock at crimbo.

Here I go again.....

L- Tuna and beetroot salad.

D- Spicy prawns and stir fry veg.

B- Half a grapefruit and two satsumas.

L- Lentil and veg soup.

S- Two spoons of peanut butter.

D- Pork medallions with apple sauce and mixed veg.
 
Wed 2nd Nov

B- Half a grapefruit and two satsumas.

L- Lentil and veg soup and a chicken breast.

S- A spoonful of peanut butter.

D- Salmon fillet with stir fried veg.
 
Thu 3rd Nov

B- Half a grapefruit and two satsumas.

L- Mexican chicken and bean soup.

D- Butternut squash and spinach curry.
 
Fri 4th Nov

B- Half a grapefruit, a pear and a satsuma.

L- Mexican chicken and bean soup.

S- Cereal bar and a few nuts.

D- Grilled chicken with olive topping and mixed veg.
 
Wow, last post was in 2011!

I'm taking this healthy eating diary back up as keeping a daily log really helps me stick to a healthy diet!
