Thu 21st July

B- Two almond croissants.

L- Tomato soup and a slice of soad bread.

S- Small bowl of tropical fruit granola.

D- Courgette lasagne.
 
Tue 26th July

B- Half a grapefruit and two oatibix.

L- Butternut squash soup and two slices of light rye bread.

S- A banana.

D- Tuna and anchovy spagetti. Ben & Jerry's fudge brownie ice cream. :eek:
 
Wed 27th July

B- A banana and porridge.

L- Butternut squash soup and a slice of light rye bread.

D- Grilled chicken breast with cauliflower and mashed potato.


(I am going to have a very strange food dairy for a few days as I've had my teeth whitened this afternoon and I have to have a 'white' diet for a few days. Hence tonights dinner!)
 
Thu 28th July

B- Two oatibix.

L- Chicken and mayo sandwich.

D- Grilled chicken breast with cauliflower and mashed potato.
 
Had to deviate a little from my white plan today as I was at someone else's for lunch.

Fri 29th July

B- Two oatibix.

L- Pasta starter, salmon and veg main, small choc pudding.

D- Chicken in white sauce with pasta.
 
Sat 30th July

B- A banana and two oatibix.

L- Chicken and mayo sandwich.

S- Mini magnum.

D- Jacket potato with tuna mayo.
 
I've had a really bad non-healthy eating day today. Might have been because I've decided to try a kick start diet plan tomorrow and wanted to have a few treats beforehand. Anyway trying a new two week healthy eating plan tomorrow, I'm hoping to loose the weight I have put on over the last month (4lbs) hopefully that is possible in two weeks.
 
Mon 1st Aug

B- Half a grapefruit, two apricots, a handful of strawberries and a handful of cherries.

S- Small bag of unsalted nuts.

L- Beef broth with pearl barley.

S- A hard boiled egg.

D- Salmon with pepper, baby sweetcorn and mangetout.
 
Tue 2nd Aug

B- Half a grapefruit, two apricots, a kiwi and a handful of strawberries.

S- Two oatcakes with salmon and cucumber.

L- Beef broth with pearl barley.

S- Grain bar.

D- Squash, tomato and spinach curry.
 
Wed 3rd Aug

B- Half a grapefruit, two apricots, a kiwi and a handful of strawberries.

S- Cucumber and red pepper sticks with hummus.

L- Spicy pepper and sweet potato soup.

S- A boiled egg.

D- Chicken breast with olive tapenade and cauliflower, broccoli and green beans.
 
Thu 4th Aug

B- Half a grapefruit, three apricots and a kiwi.

S- Chicken and a handful of mixed nuts.

L- Pea, mint and lettuce soup.

S- Cucumber and red pepper sticks with salsa.

D- Spicy prawns in a tomato sauce and stir-fry veg.
 
Fri 5th Aug

B- Half a grapefruit, a nectarine and three apricots.

S- Cucumber sticks with salsa.

L- Chicken and vegtable soup.

S- Three bean salad.

D- Grilled salmon with babycorn, mangetout and pepper.
 
Sat 6th Aug

B- Half a grapefruit, two apricots and a nectarine.

S- Olives and feta.

L- Spinach and watercress soup.

S- Small bag of mixed nuts and seeds.

D- Peanut butter and apple pork with cauliflower, broccoli and carrot.

Sun 7th Aug

B- Half a grapefruit, an apple and a nectarine.

S- A small handful of mixed nuts.

L- Chicken and pancetta salad (Ask restaurant)

D- Turkey burgers with beetroot relish and lettuce.
 
Anyway trying a new two week healthy eating plan tomorrow, I'm hoping to loose the weight I have put on over the last month (4lbs) hopefully that is possible in two weeks.

I have lost 2.5 lbs this week, so I am really pleased with that and I feel my goal above is achieveable.

B- Half a grapefruit, a nectarine, two apricots, a kiwi and a greengage.

S- Chicken, tomatoes and nuts.

L- Pea, mint and lettuce soup.

S- Cucumber and pepper sticks with salsa.

D- Spicy prawns in a tomato sauce with broccoli, courgette, green beans and carrot.

S- Three bean salad.

L- Chicken and vegtable soup.

S- Grain bar.

D- Grilled salmon with pepper, baby corn, mangetout and tenderstem brocolli.
