buffet was yummy :D

i'm going on my first cruise :woohoo:

ports are palma,sicily,naples,sardinia,toulon,barcelona and then back to palma,
then a week at santa ponsa.
can't wait to walk up vesuvius (main reason for cruise lol) hubby wanted to go to majorca, i wanted to go to italy, so we compromised. i'm so excited i feel like a kid lol.

don't think there is any point setting my goal weight at 10st 1lb when i want to be 9st 10lb so had a word with leader and changed my goal weight.

i lost ½, would of liked more but happy because it took me to my 5th silver 7 :D

back on antibiotics again, this time because of an abcess caused by a nerve dying. happened last year on the opposite side and was in agony because it caused an infection in my bone, two lots of antibiotics didn't shift it and ending up having it pulled.

hoping the antibiotics work, on holiday tuesday, if not i'll have to have it taken out just before holiday.

think my next weight goal is to get into the 10's it just makes me feel much closer to my end goal, that will also give me my 6th silver 7 :D

but immediate goal is to not put a lot of weight on ,on hols.
i've set a figure of 3lbs, if i gain that i won't be too upset, anymore and i will be severely dischuffed with myself.

not tracked as thorough this week, had no internet again!
been a little lax with weighing food but still in my points, well until i go to the chinese in about a hour.
think i have about 12 weeklies left and a few activity points so that should cover lunch.

tooth seems to be ok now, taking plenty painkillers just incase.

won't be updating food diary until i come back off hols now.
