i know, they can be you're best friend or worst enemy :mad:
i stopped worrying about it yesterday, nothing i can do anyway until my body sorts itself out.

yesterday went helping trimming a tree and collecting apples and cutting down branches etc, i even had a go with an axe ,hubby was scared lol, month i've been having he said we'll probably end up in
casualty :rolleyes:

earned 9 pp though:D

didn't have much eat so thought we would all go and do a chinese banquet, the weights not coming off anyway so what the hell.

ok well this is weird i STS :confused:

i'm showing a gain of 3lbs , so go to a chinese buffet bottom out all my points including activity and end up STS :eek:

very happy about it cos thought i would have to start playing catch up. :)

i'm going to start the shred today, figured out it's the floor work thats causing my stomach problems and making me as i can't exercise, so i'm going to skip that part and do something in place of it.
at least then i'm getting the cardio and weights and i can just build my stomach up slowly as you still use it when doing the press ups etc.
i start today and finish on the 5th october 6 days before my hols :D

thanks hun, i'm enjoying it but i don't do all of the ab workout on the floor,some i do standing up.

i know it isn't as effective but because my stomach is so weak after the operation, i kept injuring myself.
this way i get to do it and build the muscles slowly but get a great workout. :D
