Successful day....

Breakfast: mushroom and bacon omelette, ketchup (1)

Lunch: 3 ryvitas (HEB) topped with 3 light laughing cows (part of HEA) sliced tomato, smoked salmon and lemon juice.... First time i've used these for HEs and will probably do the same tomorrow as it was yummy :)

Dinner: beef and veg goulash (2 for flour) with rice

Snacks: sushi (3), strawberries, apple, mini milk (1.5)

Rest of HEA used in milk for coffee with sugar (2)

Total syns 9.5. A little high but I'm happy with it being the weekend :)

I dont think your syns are high at all. I think Im averaging out at around 11-12 everyday and Im happy with that and loosing!!

Food looking good, just remember the 1/3 superfree for every meal and you'll be flying it!!
 
That's good to know. I sometimes wonder how I can possibly lose weight with what I'm eating. The magic of sw I guess!! Haha.
I'm trying to be extra good and keep syns to a minimum after I went off the rails last week. I want to get at least this 2lb that I put on by saturday! Think it's doable. Going to start the couch to 5k challenge this week. Hopefully that should held speed things up. :)
How have you been getting on then sleepy mum? X
 
Today's food:

lunch: 3 ryvitas (HEB) with laughing cow light (from HEA) with tomato and smoked salmon. Mango and melon

Snack: few slices cooked ham

Dinner: cod in parsley sauce (2), new pots, broccoli, peas and sweetcorn with ketchup (1)

Mini milk (1.5)

Rest of HEA used for milk in coffee with sugar (2)

total syns: 7.5 :)))

May have another mini milk later so might update haha x
 
Doing ok so far..only second week back but sticking to it this time. Want to be at goal by this time next year!

Really have to plan each day and stick to it... Thanks the key for me.
Find being in work harder as need to bring breakie and lunch in with me. Eat fruit on the way home as it stops me from being starvin when I get it...

Will get there though!!
 
So today has been one of the most stressful days.... Uni is killing me but will all be over soon. Am happy to report I didn't crack an eat junk food under pressure :) go me.....

Breakfast: 2 Quorn sausages, spaghetti hoops, mushrooms and ketchup (1)

Lunch: tuna cous cous salad (tons, cucumber, peppers, sweet corn, beet root) with mayo (1)

Snack: nectarine, apple, sushi (2)

Dinner: beef, toms and cucumber sandwich (HEB) with salad cream (2) and 3 babybel lights (HEA) French fries (4)

Total syns: 10
 
Another good day.... Hopefully I'm on track to lose these 2 pesky lbs by the end of the week. Weigh in Friday! :S

Breakfast: crunchy bran, milk (HEA and HEB) sugar (1)

Lunch: salad with lettuce, cucumber, pepper, beet root, tomato, potato, crab sticks and salad cream (2)

Snacks: sushi (3)

Dinner: beef and veg chilli (toms, mushrooms, carrot, emery, peppers, kidney beans) with rice and natural yogurt

Mini milk (1.5)

Coffee with sugar (2)

Total syns: 9.5 happy days

Lie mini milks and only discovered this week that they are 1.5 syns... Winner :))))
 
Mini milks are a real treat in this weather! Feels like your being bold, even though your not.

Ok, so I just had a cheeky peek at the scales and I've lost 1lb, just one to go and I'm back to what I was before I gained. Fingers crossed its gone by Friday WI!
Seen a recipe for crispy chicken goujons so gonna try that for lunch later with a big salad... Completely syn free :)

Snacks: mango with activia yog, cherries

Dinner: beef goulash (2 for flour) with rice and natural yog.

HEA used in milk for tea and coffee, sugar (3)

Total syns: 8 :)

Diary looks good but if u r following extra easy u should b having 1/3 superfree with every meal.
 
Hi cheeky lay. Yeah I normally do, usually a salad for lunch and veg with tea but was working today and as a home carer you have to eat on the go so I had to just grab fruit to get my super free in today. Must try harder tomorrow I know :) haha x
 
I know the feeling im a home carer 2 and its not always that easy 2 fit it all in
 
Oh really? Glad you understand :). Can be a nightmare sometimes not getting the chance to eat all day. Before I started slimming world I used to rely on lucazade and red bull lol
