Successful day....
Breakfast: mushroom and bacon omelette, ketchup (1)
Lunch: 3 ryvitas (HEB) topped with 3 light laughing cows (part of HEA) sliced tomato, smoked salmon and lemon juice.... First time i've used these for HEs and will probably do the same tomorrow as it was yummy
Dinner: beef and veg goulash (2 for flour) with rice
Snacks: sushi (3), strawberries, apple, mini milk (1.5)
Rest of HEA used in milk for coffee with sugar (2)
Total syns 9.5. A little high but I'm happy with it being the weekend
