been doing this for 4 weeks now and really starting to find it hard

I was hoping you could all give me some advise on keeping things going.

I was disappointed only to lose 4 lbs in week 4

Week 1 - Starting Weight 17st 0lbs
Week 2 - 7lbs :D
Week 3 - 7lbs :D
Week 4 - 4lbs :)
Week 5 -
Week 6 -
Week 7 -
Week 8 -
Week 9 -
Week 10 -
Week 11 -
Week 12 -
 
I think 4lbs is quite a lot tbh but I do understand how you can feel frustrated when you can see others are perhaps getting bigger weekly losses. the thing everyone seems to say is just drink lots and lots of water and keep our chin up!
 
Dont be dissapointed 4lbs is good; i had a couple of weeks with 3.5 and 4lbs but still lost 42lbs
