Running help needed - urgently

You should probably rest it completely until there is no pain at all before you do any running on it tbh. I know its frustrating but it's better than making an injury worse. I tore a pec a month ago and had to have 10 days off which was mightily annoying. Have hit it hard since the ban was lifted though!
 
It doesnt hurt now. I can feel a pull there very occassionally. i didnt go running this morning but i think that i will try tomorrow morning.
 
ok, well make sure you do lots of hamstrings stretches both today and tomorrow before you go out running and you'll be ok.
