I've been eating them since I was a kid they are so delicious its untrue! They used to be 0.5 point per Kiev on the old plan so knew they'd be low on this one!

Lost 0.5lb at meeting :D

Going to take it a bit easier next week exercise wise however need 1lb to 7 and 3lbs to 5%. On alternate days ill also be doing level 2 of the 30 Day Shred & some Pilates and Yoga in between to try and calm it a bit! However I'm after 60APs a week from now on until I get a bit stronger!

Will have a bit but not too much and then afterwards ill just count all of my weeklies as gone (may as well!)

Id rather over point than underpoint!!!!

Another nice day ahead then :) a pizza at an Italian is 20-28pp and they are pic and if u only had half a one with salad or something even overpointing would be 15-20 depending on topping and that could be within dailies :)

I'm good thanks! Off to a dinner party thus eve with two SW friends and we are each taking a course with us and I kno what each is making and how so will be fine :) (so long as by lemon roulade tastes better than it looks! ) xx

Ive made roulade before and its dead faffy and definitely tastes better than it looks!!!!!

I have my own pizza its a medium sized one pepperoni and red & green peppers so ill have a large salad and see how much of it ill eat! Probably have fruit salad and a jelly afterwards although I bought freddos and curly wurlys as theyre both £1.00 for a pack of 3/4 in Morrisons :)

Also got another one of those lunch pots this time its mediterranean vegetables with cous cous so ill take a pic when I have it- its scrummy!! :D Pretty sure its 4pp so going to have it for dinner on Tuesday when im at work- have a large and filling lunch with lots of fruit and veg! Dont have a lot of time to eat around the meal times at work as I get no break!

Looking forward to the 30DS today! Level 2 eek! Also going to deliberately walk through town on the way home which includes a large steep hill (Harrogate is very hilly!!) Also setting myself a challenge to drink 3ltrs of water a day until WI day!

Now im going to plan my meals all of the way up to Wednesday :)

*fingers crossed* loss of 1,2 or 3lbs pleeeease!!!!!

Does the pizza look ok? I might only have half- not sure! To be honest it is quite small and without crusts ive cut a lot of points out- it was on the cheat sheet on WW online to leave crusts!! So ive probably overpointed it a lot!
My OH bought 8 bottles of Magners Irish Cider Yesterday (offer pack!) Does anyone know how many pp are in 1 330ml of Magners Irish Cider (NOT light!!) I can only find light for 250ml which is 3! Dont mind using my Weeklies for it!
