Wednesday 01st December 2010- Green Work 6:30-2:30

Breakfast:
Alpen [HEB1&2] with SS Milk [HEA1] and Cup of Tea with Milk

Lunch:
Superspeed Soup! Parsnips, Carrots, Tinned Tomatoes, Herbs, Mixed Lentils, Leeks, Peppers etc!
Mullerlight Yogurt
Black Coffee X4
Werthers Original X1

Dinner:
French Bread 56g 7 Syns
Feta Cheese [HEA + 2 Syns]
Boursin 1/4 4.5 Syns
White Stilton 5 Syns
Mango Sorbet 4.5 Syns
Diet Coke
Cup of Tea X2

Syns:
Sorbet = 4.5
Stilton = 5
Feta = 2
French Bread = 7
=18.5

End of week :)

Flexible Syn Days Used!

Wi = 1.5 Loss! (Had to really work for it Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with Body Magic etc)
 
Thursday 02nd December- Red Work - OFF!

Breakfast:
Crumpets X2 with 2 Tsp Lighter than Light Flora
Cup of Tea with SS Milk [HEA1]

Lunch:
Whitby Scampi, Chips and Side Salad
Trifle!
Half a pint of Peroni

(parents took me out for lunch!)

Tea

Crumpets X4 = 16
Flora x 4 Tsp = 2
Boursin 1/4= 4.5
Feta =[HEA2 + 2 Syns]

This is my Flexible Day!
Need to lose 3lb next week so 100% from Friday Onwards :)

Hello Everyone!

Kind of lost it a bit this week!
Im exhausted with work so have really let myself down!
Have kept exercising as much as i can so hopefully that will help.
I havent eaten too badly at all ive just let myself get starving and I also had 2 near misses when my blood sugar got dangerously low and i was very unwell!
I just need a bit of time to myself and need to sort myself out :(
However, im off to Lush after work and im going to have a major soak in the bath with my favourite bath bomb and have a nice salad for dinner :)
checked the scales and I think about half a lb has gone on so ill shift it!
WI tommorrow though and SO exhausted :(

Right put on 1.5lb which im not happy about!

Therefore- drastic steps!

Today is my first day on it- ill put my menu so you can all tell me if im doing it right!

Breakfast: Cherries, Pears and Banana covering 2/3 of the plate and 1/3 of plate VLF Fromage Frais
Cup of Tea with SS Milk [HEA1]

Mid Morning Snack: Alpen Light Bars X2 [HEB1], Raspberries.

Lunch: 99g of New Potatoes with Skin-on, Tinned Pink Salmon, Red Kidney Beans and Raw Mini Sweetcorn filling 1/3rd of plate. Mixed Vegetables and Fresh Salad covering 2/3rds of plate.
Hartleys Jelly Pot Low Fat- 1/2 Syn

Afternoon Snack: Quark with HEA cheese allowance mixed in, Vegetable Crudites- green beans, mangetout, mini carrots (all raw) Low Calorie Bitter Cranberry Juice.

Tea: 99g New Potatoes with Skin on [HEB2], Wafer Thin Ham covering 1/3 of plate, mixed winter vegetables including leeks, cauliflower and cabbage and other veg covering 2/3rds of plate.
Hartleys Low fat Jelly Pot= 1/2 Syn

Now then, after my Jellys, at 1 syn together, what else do I syn :S?!?!

Ok, Todays Menu :)
Feeling good but its giving me bad tummy ache!
I guess its all the fruit and veg thats being consumed- im sure it will go away soon :)

Success Express Day 2

Breakfast:
Natural Yogurt covering 1/3 of plate, Red Grapefruit, Blackberries, Banana and Pears covering 2/3rds of plate. Cup of Tea with SS Milk [HEA]

Snack- Morning:
Mullerlight Yogurt X2, Mixed Fruit- including a Pomelo that I picked up from Sainsburys! Yummy Superspeed!

Lunch:
Tuna (canned) with 1 Jacket Potato and Homemade Coleslaw covering 1/3rd of the plate.
Mixed Green Salad and winter veg covering 2/3rds of a plate.
Hartleys Yummy Jelly :) = 1/2 Syn

Mini Afternoon Snack: Homemade Syn Free Hummus with Celery & Chantenay Carrot Dippers

Uh-oh! Tapas & drinking with friends- will be really careful and will do my best- but of course im still going to enjoy myself! Back on it tomorrow anyway :)

Saturday went as planned!

Have written the evening off! Using it as flexible syns. Didnt eat badly at all and was really impressed!
However, had half a bottle of Rose, 1 Apple Sours Shot, 1 Cherry Vodka Shot, 1 Tropical Vodka Shot, and when we went to Wetherspoons we got 2 Pitchers between 5 of us, Blue Lagoon and Woo Woo, and I had 1 glass of each. Then I went to Revolution and had 1 Double Vodka and Slimline Tonic :/

Flexible Syns time haha! At least Ive been honest! And no hangover woo!

Sunday 12th December 2010

Red Day- as going for Sunday Dinner to OH's parents

Breakfast: SS Milk [HEA1] with 2x Weetabix Original [HEB] and 40g Cornflakes= 5 Syns [had a sore throat!]
Cup of Tea with SS Milk

Lunch: Chicago Town Pepperoni Pizza Individual with Green Salad = 16 Syns

Dinner: Extra Special Juice, Green Beans, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Carrots, 1 Small Yorkshire Pudding= 2 Syns, Lean Lamb, 1 tsp Mint Sauce= 1 Syn, Gravy, Cheese Sauce= 4 Syns, Potatoes [HEB2]
Hartleys Jelly With Raspberries= 1/2 Syn
Galaxy = 15 Syns
Cup of Tea with SS Milk

Syns: 43.5 But worth it and am getting that horrid cold! :(

Afternoon Snack: Syn Free Hummus with Vegetable Crudites

Tea: EITHER:
Syn Free Chilli with Wholegrain Rice
or
Chicken Stir Fry with Soy Sauce

Not sure which yet!

Hello Everyone!

Did everything I could this week but still put 1lb on.
Have spoken to Consultant and im stopping SE because its making me ill!
I stopped eating Bread & Potatoes a while ago because they give me stomach ache and major bloatedness!

Therefore It gonna be red/ee this week and im just gonna do the best that I can :)

However struggling a bit with my diary up until xmas day...

This Weekend:
Saturday- 50th Birthday Party & Seeing Bay City Rollers (haha!)
Sunday- Going out for a Curry with Family
Monday- Pantomime and American Food
Tuesday- Working- so can be good
Wednesday- Xmas Food Shopping- brother taking me out for a Mexican.
Thursday- Working- so can be good
Friday- Mums Buffet for Neighbours + Going out with Mates

Etc
Etc

Ooooo help!

I would like to lose 2.5 lb! (get rid of weight ive put on before xmas!)
No idea how ill do it... :(

maybe u wud be better leavin it until after xmas then that way everythin will be out of way and u can start afresh :)xx
 
Yes I might do that actually!

But I wont stuff my face- ill just enjoy myself :)
