    Hi all

Any idea what syns are in the Sainsbury's Pomodorino Tomato Salad?

The salad itself is free, but it comes with a delicious sachet of balsamic dressing and a sachet of parmesan shavings too.

I am planning on eating all of it, but need to count syns.

The sachet is probably a tablespoon at most, and the parmesan is probably no more really.

    Cheers!

The parmesan is only 10.5g and the dressing is only 19.25g, according to the % in the ingredients list.

    175g serving - 6% parmesan and 11% dressing.

The dressing contains olive and rapeseed oils, so why not measure it out and if it is a tablespoon then count the syns as a tablespoon of oil - 6 syns. You could use the Parmesan as a HEXA.
