Saturday - Extra Easy
HexA: 28g Cheddar Cheese
HexB: 2 Slices of Wholemeal Bread

Breakfast:
- 1/2 Red Grapefruit & Pint of Sugar Free Squash (WI Day)

Lunch:
- 2 Slices of WM Toast (B)
- Sardines in Tomato Sauce
- Spinach, cucumber, onion & Beetroot
- 28g Cheese grated (A)

Dinner:
- 2 Sainsburys BGTY Extra Lean Cumberland Sausages - 1 Syn
- Mashed Potato
- Asparagus & Courgettes

Others:
- Mixed Berries with Activia Fat Free Yoghurt with a mini merangue nest - 2.5 syns

Syns:
- 1 Chocolate coated Brazil Nut - 3 syns
- 1 Sugared Astro Belt - 4 Syns
- 1 Mini Merangue - 2.5 Syns
- 2 Sausages - 1 Syn

Total Syns - 10.5

Exercise:
