I had some chips. its my comfort food hyt only managed about 7 chips. back in bed.

iv been to see the twins today and got to feed ted and change him. it made me v broody! but I had a test done and im not pg x

hi sorry I didn't update yesterday but Thursday was a blur abd I feel like I lost a day. I picked up my tablets yesterday and boy did they makee tired. im only to take them when needed. I get car sickness alot and feel ill need them today! !

that's it for food. gonna try and be better today as I feel slightly better. were off to a bodybuilding seminar today meet pro bodybuilder lee priest from Australia so looking forward to that. im going to take my food with me so im tracking all the way. ill need to go get something in.....any ideas? ???

so today we went to mcdonalds for breakfast and I had a bacon roll and 2 hash browns. then on the way down I snacked on fruit. I then decided I was having no more crap. I had my fruit and got some water.

on the way home we were starving and went for a carvery! im still stuffed! we have been for a nice walkies and now chilling.

I had 12 hours sleep and I feel wrecked lol x

Omg! Check out those Biceps! Bloody Hell! Was Craig in his element? Your day sounds yummy! I LOVE Carvery, thoroughly enjoyed it when I went the other week! X

roids lol serena that's funny. only when it comes to comps for about 8 weeks. There is no need to take them all the time. They don't do the work for you! working out and a food diet does it and good genetics. Some roids arnt real unless you get it from a gp! x

I was just curious! There's a program on this week where Jodie Marsh is investigating Steroids, ill probably watch that. X I admire the discipline of Body Builders. X

ahh its amazing really. the strongest thing you have is your brain and as long as your mentally capable you will get there. thing is with Craig he became a pt abd it went out the window and he started over thinking his food. so before he would have chicken and pots or rice now he thinks chicken and greens but I told him to think like a bodybuilder not an athlete! and his training went out the window coz he took his client to the gym and he didn't do his training so iv told him to quit that gym and join a gym for that sort of thing. ....im kicking him up the butt x
