Breakfast: 1 apple and 1 toffee muller light and 1/2 punnet of grapes.

Lunch:4 original ryvitas (b) with tesco light choices natural cottage cheese and 1/2 punnet of grapes.

Dinner: Mixed veg (carrots, broccoli and cauliflower) with extra lean steak and EL mayo (0.5)

Snacks: 99 calorie drifter (5), Ryvita minis (B), mint madness options (2) mixed with Quark.

Total Syns: 7.5

Wednesday 28th July 2010 (Green)

Breakfast: 1 apple and 2 Alpen Light Bars (B)

Lunch:Batchelors Mild Curry Rice and a Mugshot.

Dinner: Jacket potato with 1/2 can of Heinz Sweet Chilli Baked Beans, sweetcorn and 1 tbspn of butter (2)

Snacks: Ryvita minis (B), Mugshot and 28g of coco pops (5.5).

Total Syns: 7.5

Breakfast: 1 Muller light and 1/2 punnet of grapes.

Dinner: Boiled rice, mixed veg and 1/2 can of Asda Smart Price Chilli Con Carne (0.5)

Hey Ellebear - Indeed Asda Smartprice Chilli Con Canre is only 1 syn for the WHOLE can! Its pretty nice stuff too :D I always tend to bulk mine out but you dont necessarly have to :) x

Lunch: Batchelors Low Fat Supernoodles.

Dinner: SW wedges and Sainsburys Spaghetti Bolognase (4.5)

Snacks: Ryvita Minis (B) and way to many chocolate digestives.

Breakfast: Sachet of Oat So Simple (B) with skimmed milk (A) and sweetener.

Lunch: Apple, Banana, WW recipe yoghurt and some pickled onions.

Dinner: Stir fry vegetables and EL steak strips

Snacks: 2 Alpen Light Bars (B) and a mini milky bar (3.5)

Lunch: Tesco tinned mackerel in tomato sauce and 1/2 punnet of strawberries.

Dinner: Fillet of cod with steamed green beans, cauliflower, carrots, butter (0.5) and tomato sauce (1).

Snacks: Ryvita Minis (B), strawberry muller light and a mini Time Out (4.5)

Lunch: SW bacon and onion quiche, some strawberries and 1 slices of Nimble (B) with SW egg mayo ( mashed hard boiled eggs mixed with cottage cheese)

Dinner: Fillet of salmon with steamed green beans, cauliflower, carrots, butter (0.5) and tomato sauce (1).

Snacks: 2 Alpen Light Bars (B) and 28g of popped Butterkist sweet popcorn (5.5)
