Wednesday 30th June 2010 (Green)

Breakfast:
WW reipe yoghut and 2 slices of Nimble (B) filled with sliced banana.

Lunch: Batchelors Mild Curry Rice

Dinner: Boiled rice and 1/2 can of asda smart price chilli con carne (0.5) with added cherry toms and mushrooms.

Snacks: 28g og popped butterkist popcorn (5.5) and 2 slices of nimble (B) with honey (2.5)

Total Syns: 8.5

Breakfast: WW recipe yoghurt and 2 slices of Nimble (B) with cooked chicken, lettuce and EL mayo (0.5)

Lunch: Batchelors Low Fat Supernoodles and 1 apple.

Dinner: Salmon fillet, boiled new potatoes, mixed vegetables (carrots, cauliflower and broccoli) and butter (0.5).

Snacks: kitkat (5.5)

Total Syns: 6.5

Friday 2nd July 2010 (Green)

Breakfast: WW recipe yoghurt , a banana and alpen light bars (b)

Lunch: 4 ryvitas (b) with asda gfy cottage cheese with pineapple (3)


Dinner: Batchelors mild curry rice

Snacks: Quark mixed with 1 sachet of wicked white options (2.5), 28g haribo (5.5) and wedding cake (10??)

Total Syns: 21

Breakfast: 2 Alpen Light Bars (B) and 1 banana

Lunch: Tesco sushi (1.5) and 1 pear


Dinner: Pub Dinner - 10oz steak, chicken breast,5 peices of scampi (coating removed), jacket potato, peas, grilled tomato and tomato sauce (2)

Snacks: 1 pear

Total Syns: 3.5

Dinner: Chinese takeaway - chicken in yellowbean sauce (6), boiled rice and couple of chips (3)

Lunch: 1 necterine and 2 slices of Nimble (B) with cooked ham, lettuce and EL mayo (0.5)

Dinner: Pork tenderloin (fat removed), broccoli and gravy (1)

Snacks: 2 Alpen Light Bars (B), snack a jacks (5.5), WW recipe yoghurt and cineworld sweet popcorn (6)

Dinner: Boiled rice, boiled broccoli and 1/2 can of Asda Smartprice Chilli Con Carne (0.5) with added onion.

Snacks: Hifi Bar (B) and a kitkat (5.5)

Lunch: SW bacon and onion quiche.

Dinner: SW Curry (onions, peppers, mushrooms, chicken, prawns, 1/2 pint of chicken stock, boiled rice, 2 tbspns of mild curry powder and 2 tbspns of WW creme frache (1)

Snacks: Hifi Bar (B) and White cocolate buttons (5.5)

Lunch: Batchelors Pasta in Sauce Cheese and Broccoli (0.5) and a packet of Fridge Raiders (3)

Dinner: Spag Bowl - Pasta, passata, onions, OXO cubes, mushtooms and EL mince.

Snacks: Hifi Bar (B)
