Breakfast: Apple

Lunch: Batchelors Cheese and Broccoli Pasta in Sauce (0.5) and a pear.

Dinner: Egg noodles, mixed vegetables and seasoned Quorn mince.

Snacks: 2 Slices of Hovis wholemeal (B), baked beans, 1 tspn of flora extra light (0.5), 2 alpen light bars (B), Quark mixed with a sachet of orange options (2)

Sunday 21st March 2010 (Green)

Breakfast:Oat so simple (B) with skimmed milk (A) and jam (2)

Lunch: 4 Quorn sausages, apple and a pear.

Dinner: Low Fat Supernoodles and 2 alpen light bars (B)

Snacks: Penguine Bar (5.5)

Breakfast: 2 wheatabix (B) with skimmed milk (A)

Lunch: 4 Quorn sausages and 2 pears.

Dinner: Tesco Lightly Dusted Haddock (5) and SW chips.

Snacks: Quark mixed with 11g sachet of wicked white chocolate options (2.5)

Breakfast: Hifi Bar (B) and a pear.

Lunch: A pear, apple and a packet of Tesco Finest Wilshire Cured Ham.

Dinner: SW Spag Bowl (pasta, extra lean mince, passata, onions, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes)

Snacks: Funsize Milky Bar (3.5), 11g Options Wicked White Chocolate (2.5) mixed with Quark.

Breakfast: Hifi Bar (B) and an apple.

Lunch: An apple and pasta mixed with tuna and sweetcorn.

Dinner: SW Spag Bowl (pasta, extra lean mince, passata, onions and sweetcorn)

Snacks: Funsize Milky Bar (3.5) and a packet of WW Hot Chilli Tortillas (4)

Total Syns: 7.5

Thursday 25th March 2010 (EE)

Breakfast: 4 Ryvita Originals (B) with Tesco Light Choices Cottage Cheese.

Lunch: 2 pears anda mug shot.

Dinner: 1/2 a slow-cooker roast chicken with tomato sauce (1)

Snacks: ww hot chili tortilla crisps (4) and a mini milky bar (3.5)

Total Syns: 8.5

Hey,
I dont know if I want to maintain at the moment lol. I know how to now but just want to hold out a couple more weeks and then have a big night out with mates, food drink etc. That way by loosing more now I can maintain after that, if you get what i mean lol x
 
Na, not quite wasting away yet! I havnt bought anything actually!! Need a good excuse for a nice dress but havnt got one as yet :)

Snacks: Sachet of 11g wicked white options (2.5) mixed with Quark. 2 Alpen Light Bars (B)

Breakfast: A pear and Oat So Simple(B) with skimmed milk (A) and sweetener.

Lunch: Mugshot and an apple.

Dinner: Low fat supernoodles mixed with sweetcorn and quorn chunks.

Snacks: Total 0% yogurt mixed with honey (2.5). Walkers Lights (5.5)

Dinner: 4 Tesco light choices cumberland sausages (4) with stir fry vegetables.

Snacks: Hifi Bar (B), silver skin pickled onions and wicked white chocolate options (2.5) mixed with quark..

Dinner: Batchelors curry flavoured rice, a quorn peppered steak and tomato sauce (1).

Snacks: Ryvita minis (B) and a mini milky bar (3.5)

Lunch: 1/2 packet of tesco bbq chicken chunks (1) and a pear.

Dinner: Roasted onions, mushrooms and carrots with smoked river cobbler.

Snacks: hifi bar (B), pickled onions, ww lightly salted mini hoops (3.5) and 11g orange highlights (2) mixed with Quark.
