Breakfast: Muller light and a apple.

Lunch: Pasta, tuna and sweetcorn. Mugshot.

Dinner: Chicken breast, broccoli, carrottsnew potatoes and extra ligtt mayo (1).

Snacks: Walkers Baked Crisps (5) and a Hifi Bar (HEXB)

Wednesday 27th January 2010 (Red)

Breakfast: Grapes

Lunch: Pasta, Co-op wafer thin honey roast ham (1), mushrooms, cherry tomatos and extra light mayo (1). Grapes.

Dinner: Chinese takeaway - Boiled rice and chicken in yellow bean sauce (6).

Snacks: Hifi Bar (HEXB)

Breakfast: Pear and 2 Alpen Light Bars (HEXB).

Lunch: Tesco's Slices Honey Roast Ham and 1/2 punnet of strawberries.

Dinner: Chicken breast, green beans and tomato ketchup (1)

Snacks: Hifi Bar (HEXB) and a Curlywurly (6)

Total Syns: 7

Lunch: Low Fat Supernoodles, muller light and 1/2 a Honeydew Melon.

Dinner: Pasta, mushrooms, onions, cherry tomatos, mixed herbs and 2 tbsps of Tesco Healthy Living Creme Fraiche (3).

Snacks: 3 Crisp Rolls (HEXB) with cottage cheese. 11g sachet of choclate orange drink (2) and 6 Mikados (3)

Dinner: Roast beef, roast potatoes, mixed veg and 1 tspn of Bisto reduced salt gravy granuals (1).

Snacks: 2 Alpen Light Bars (HEXB) and a Kitkat (5.5)

Hello!

Hi, I was just wondering why you don't use all your HE A's and B's? Do you find that works for you? I thought you had to use them all, sorry I'm rather new and was just wondering?!:confused:
