Sarah's Food Diary - Red, Green & EE

Saturday 13th February - Off plan day as I went out for lunch and to a chinese new year buffet party in the evening. Didnt drink alcohol but did drink cola and ate a lot of food! Whoops! Enjoyed myself though!!

Back on plan today :)

Sunday 14th February 2010 (EE)

Breakfast: Nothing

Lunch: Batchelors avory Rice.

Dinner: SW Carbonara with added mushrooms and 1 tbsp of grated parmasan cheese (1.5)

Snacks: 2 tesco finest meringue nests (5) with strawberries and tesco normandy natural fromage frais. Ryvita Minis (HEXB)

Total Syns: 6.5

Monday 15th February 2010 (EE)

Breakfast: Oat so Simple (HEXB) with sugar (1)

Lunch: An apple, Muller Light and a Mug Shot.

Dinner: Boiled rice, 1/2 can Stagg Chili (2.5) and 1 tbspn of grated parmasan (1.5)

Snacks: Apple and a packet of WW cheese puffs (4)

Total Syns: 9

Tuesday 16th February 2010 (EE)

Breakfast: 2 slices of Hovis Wholemeal (HEXB) with lean smoked bacon.

Lunch: An apple, necterine and low fat super noodles.

Dinner: Chicken stir fry.

Snacks: 4 SW pancakes with sweetner and 2 tspns of honey (2). Kitkat (5.5)

Total Syns: 7.5

Lunch: Pasta, sweetcorn and tuna mixed with 2 tbspns of extra light salad cream (2)

Dinner: SW Carbonara with 1 tbspn of parmasan cheese (1.5)

Snacks: Kitkat (5.5)

Thursday 18th February 2010 (Red)

Breakfast: 2 Alpen Light Bars (HEXB), Muller light and a banana.

Lunch: Packet of Youngs Fish sticks and an apple.

Dinner: 2 lean pork tender loins and green beans with reduced salt bisto gravy (1).

Snacks: Ryvita Minis (HEXB) and a Malteser Chocolate Bunny (8)

Total Syns: 9

Breakfast: Oat so Simple (HEXB) with sweetner and an apple.

Lunch: Low fat super noodles mixed with cut up Quorn fillets and sweetcorn.

Dinner: Lightly dusted cod (5) with SW chips and tomato sauce (1)

Breakfast: SW breakfast Quiche (cottage cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, mixed herbs, onions and morrisons eat smart diet pork sausages) with spaghetti hoops lol

Lunch: 2 Alpen Light bars, bannana and a muller light.

Dinner: Boiled rice and 500g of chinese take away chicken in oyster sauce (8)

Snacks:

Sunday - off plan day! Went to London for the chinese new year celebrations. Lots and lots of walking but dont think the fry up for breakfast or the chinese for lunch helped!!!! x
 
Hi. SJ. I wouldnt worry about your ' off day' as you seem to keep to your diet on all other days, - hope you had a good time..

Dinner: 3 Morrisons Eat Smart Diet Pork Sausages, mixed vegetables, Smash and 1 tspn of tomato sauce (1)

Snacks: Muller light, a 22g bag of Monster Munch (5.5) and a caramel freddo (5)

Lunch: 2 Alpen light bars (HEXB), banana and Batchelors Cheese and Broccoli Pasta in Sauce (0.5).

Dinner: 3 pork chops (fat removed), green beans and 1 tspn of bisto reduced salt gavey granuals.

Snacks: Kitkat (5.5)
